DESIGNED FOR LARGE-PAN SEARING, NOT JUST SMALL-POT BOILING: This 1800W electric cooktop and countertop burner is made for wide pan coverage, not only small-pot concentrated heat. It can boil water, but small pots may heat slower than on smaller-coil burners because power is spread across an 11.4-inch heating area. A better fit for steak searing, bacon, eggs, pancakes, crepes, burgers, grilled cheese, quesadillas, sausages, hash browns, fajitas, grilled sandwiches, and griddle-style cooking.
15 POWER LEVELS, 24H TIMER & COMMERCIAL-READY BUILD: This 120V induction burner offers 15 power levels from 300W to 1800W, temperature settings from 194°F to 446°F, and a 24-hour timer for cooking, warming, and holding. The 80V–180V range helps adapt to power variation, while touch + knob controls make daily adjustment easier.
