Galaxy A12 listed on Samsung India Support Page; Expected to Launch Soon

Samsung is likely to unveil Galaxy A12 soon in India as its support page goes live on the company’s official website. The listed variant with the model number SM-A125F sports 4gigs of RAM.

Originally, Samsung first introduced Galaxy A12 to the European market back in November 2020. Although the oncoming Indian edition is expected to be different. And prior to its arrival, rumor mills are outpouring with various leaks and revelations.

For instance, a leakster, Abhishek Yadav, on Twitter shared detailed specifications of the Indian version of Galaxy A12. The revealed features tally much with the global version of A12.

Samsung Galaxy A12 Expected Features

As per the leakster, Galaxy A12 is geared up to come with a 6.5-inch HD+ Infinity-V display with an aspect ratio of 20:9. Similar to the global model, the A12 will also pack with 48MP quad rear cameras assisted by a 5MP ultra-wide sensor, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro lens. It will have an 8MP front camera. Even though the design of the phone is still behind the curtain but we expect it to have a waterdrop notch.

As for the internal hardware, leaks suggest a single-size RAM of 4GB and dual storage options of 64GB and 128GB expandable up to 1TB. There’s no hint of the processor name. The Galaxy A12 is said to bear a 5000mAh battery with the support for a 15W fast charger. It could ship with a side-mount fingerprint scanner as well.
